For your return or exchange to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned or exchanged in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Returns or exchanges must include all original accessories and documentation.
Return and Exchange Process
Here’s how our return and exchange process works:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at hi@krazywave.com within the 2-day return period. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange in your email.
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or missing products, as well as exchanges for different sizes or colors.
For the return or exchange process, we require a 360-degree unboxing video without any cuts or edits.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the item.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
In case of Exchange, new order will be delivered to your address after the old one is picked up.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Cancellation Policy
